• Wallet addresses you choose to track (public blockchain data)
• Telegram chat ID (if you connect our bot)
• Alert preferences and settings

We do not collect, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To monitor your tracked wallets and send alerts
• To authenticate your account
• To improve our service (aggregated, anonymized analytics only)

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following APIs to fetch public blockchain data:

• Alchemy (EVM blockchain data)
• DexScreener (token pricing)
• GoPlus (token security analysis)
• Etherscan (contract verification)

Your wallet addresses are sent to these services as part of normal operation. We do not share your email or personal information with them.

4. Data Security

• All data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)
• Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256
• JWT tokens are used for session authentication
• Database access is restricted to the application server

5. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active
• Portfolio snapshots: retained for 90 days
• Alert logs: retained for 30 days
• Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request data deletion
• Export your data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT token storage). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
