1. Not Financial Advice

All information, data, analysis, scores, alerts, and AI-generated outputs provided by ChainVigil are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

An inducement, recommendation, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset
Investment, financial, tax, legal, or other professional advice
A guarantee of any future performance or outcome

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

2. Data Accuracy & Blockchain Risks

Blockchain data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect due to network conditions, API limitations, or protocol changes. ChainVigil aggregates data from third-party sources (DexScreener, GoPlus, Etherscan, Alchemy) and does not independently verify all data.

Alpha scores, rug risk grades, and other analytical outputs are algorithmic estimates — not certainties. Past patterns do not guarantee future results.

You should independently verify all data before making any decisions based on information from this platform.

3. Digital Asset Risk Warning

Digital assets are highly volatile and carry significant risk of partial or total loss
Digital assets are not protected by FDIC, SIPC, or any government insurance

4. AI-Generated Content

ChainVigil includes AI-powered analysis features. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated ("hallucinated"). Do not rely on AI-generated outputs for financial, legal, or tax decisions. AI analysis is a supplementary tool — not a substitute for human judgment.

5. Service Availability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainVigil's total aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to ChainVigil in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

In no event shall ChainVigil be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses.

7. Prohibited Jurisdictions

You may not use this platform if you are located in, resident of, or incorporated in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions. You represent that you are not on any sanctions list including the OFAC SDN list.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, scoring systems, and data compilations on ChainVigil are proprietary. You may not scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform data without written permission.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
